Welcome to Teach Travel Therapy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://www.teachtraveltherapy.com, including all educational content, coaching programs, memberships, group coaching calls, digital products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Educational Purpose Only
All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Our content focuses on career education and professional development for aspiring travel:
Physical Therapists (PTs)
Occupational Therapists (OTs)
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
We do not provide medical, clinical, legal, licensure, financial, or mental health advice. Participation in coaching does not guarantee employment, income, licensure, or career outcomes. You agree that you are not relying on the Services as a substitute for independent professional, legal, licensure, or career advice.
2. No Professional or Therapeutic Relationship
Your participation does not create:
A therapist–patient relationship
A clinician–client relationship
A legal, medical, or financial advisory relationship
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or healthcare.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
4. Memberships and Subscriptions
If you enroll in a membership:
Memberships may be billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice
5. Mobile Communications / Text Messaging
By opting in to receive text messages from Teach Travel Therapy, you consent to receive messages related to coaching programs, membership updates, or promotional information. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting team@teachtraveltherapy.com.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators or providers necessary to deliver the Text Message services. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You acknowledge that Teach Travel Therapy is not liable for any charges from your mobile carrier or technical issues in delivering messages.
6. Form Data and Storage
By submitting information through any forms on our website, you consent to Teach Travel Therapy storing your data securely using Google Workspace (G Suite) services. This information is used to provide services, respond to inquiries, or facilitate third-party referrals, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Form data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations.
7. Coaching Programs
Coaching may include:
1:1 coaching
Group coaching calls
Live or recorded sessions
Online communities
We do not guarantee specific results. Missed sessions are not refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Community Standards
If your Services include community access, you agree to:
Be respectful and professional
Maintain confidentiality of other members
Not record or share sessions without permission
Not provide clinical or medical advice to others
We may remove any member who violates these standards without refund.
9. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated:
All fees are non-refundable
Memberships may be canceled to avoid future charges
Refund policies, if offered, are disclosed at checkout
10. Intellectual Property
All content (videos, worksheets, recordings, branding, templates) is owned by Teach Travel Therapy.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing content is prohibited.
11. Testimonials and Results Disclaimer
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.
12. Technology and Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for technical issues outside our control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teach Travel Therapy is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teach Travel Therapy, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution / Arbitration
Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Agencies and Recruiters / Recruiter Referrals
From time to time, we may offer the opportunity for individuals to request introductions or recommendations to third-party recruiters, staffing agencies, or related service providers (“Third-Party Providers”).
By submitting your information through any referral or recommendation form, you expressly consent to Teach Travel Therapy sharing your information with one or more Third-Party Providers for informational or referral purposes.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Third-Party Providers are independent entities and are not owned, operated, or controlled by Teach Travel Therapy
Any engagement, communication, contract, or employment relationship formed is solely between you and the Third-Party Provider
Teach Travel Therapy does not endorse, guarantee, or make representations regarding any Third-Party Provider’s services, compensation, placements, conduct, or outcomes
Teach Travel Therapy shall not be liable for any damages, disputes, claims, or losses arising from or related to your interactions with any Third-Party Provider
20. Mentor and Coach Disclaimer
All mentors, coaches, instructors, and facilitators (“Mentors”) providing Services through Teach Travel Therapy are independent representatives of the Company. By participating in any coaching, mentorship, or educational program:
You acknowledge that the Mentors are providing educational and professional guidance only, and their advice should not be considered medical, legal, licensure, financial, or clinical advice.
Mentors are not responsible for your career decisions, employment outcomes, licensure approvals, or any actions you take based on their guidance.
You agree not to hold any Mentor personally liable for any damages, disputes, losses, or claims arising from your participation in the Services or from following their guidance.
Mentors do not guarantee specific results, income, placement, or licensure outcomes.
Any disagreements or disputes regarding the Services must be directed to Teach Travel Therapy, not individual Mentors.
By using our Services, you expressly release and waive any claims against individual Mentors for matters arising from their professional guidance or participation in Teach Travel Therapy programs.
21. Third-Party Links Disclaimer
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or embedded content. Teach Travel Therapy is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or availability of these websites or services.
